What to Watch on Netflix in December

The Midnight Club is based on YA books by Christopher Pike. It's a supernatural series with a bit of flying in it. It's a good movie for a quick watch.

It's not kid-friendly, but the movie is worth watching. It's a lot more interesting than the Disney remake. It's also more cerebral than the usual splatterfest. The first episode is a World Record holder for jump scares.

1899 is a mystery series about a group of passengers aboard an ocean liner in the late 1800s who discover a ship that is believed to be missing. Early reviews have praised the complex story.
