Fantic Motor Motorcycles

Founded in Barzago, Como, Italy in 1968, Fantic Motor is now the second largest Italian motorcycle manufacturer. They have produced motorcycles for the American and European markets. They have had a lot of success in trials and off-road competitions. They are now working on a dual-sport range, which is based on Yamaha engines.

In addition to their motorcycles, they also produce electric bicycles and enduro bikes. The company has also won the EnduroGP World Championship. In January, Fantic Motor announced that they would make a return to Off-Road racing. They will have a factory team in the MXGP race series in 2022. They will have a range of models that will be sold through a retail network. They will also build their own engines.

In 1981, Fantic won the Six Days of Elba Island. In 1985, they won three World titles. They also won the Trail World title in 1988. In 1988, they had Thierry Michaud ride the Fantic 301. He beat Spaniard Jordi Tarres to win the World Trial Championship.

In addition to the two-stroke and four-stroke models, they have released a new XX 250 two-stroke. This model features a Nissin brake system, Arrow exhaust, and KYB full adjustable suspension. This machine will also have a Fantic-specific headlight. It will be manufactured at the Fantic Motor plant in Italy.

In 2016, Fantic Motor introduced new electric bicycles. They have also been successful in the e-bike market in the U.S.
